Magnesium alloy Release Agent HG-6205 Details

This release agent is special for die casting of magnesium alloy castings( which is suitable for 3C products, auto parts,and others of high requirement magnesium alloy castings. ） 

Application:

Water-based release agent is new developed for magnesium alloy die casting.  It is better demoulding and special mold surface burn prevention characteristics, so that it can keep clean without carbon in die surface, and die casting process is smoothly.  There is not slag attached to mold surface, and the casting surface is bright without sports. 6205 is a water-based release agent, it is incombustible, less smoke, tasteless, pollution-free, which can be providing a clean and safe working environment.
